These tablets should be taken by chewing or dissolving them in your mouth; you do not need to take them with water.
The recommended dose of Pepto-Bismol is two tablets as needed. You can repeat this dose every 30-60 minutes if necessary but do not exceed 16 tablets in any 24 hour period.
