Refunds & Returns

Pill Doctor do not allow the return of any prescribed medication as a matter of safety to all because returned medicines cannot be re-sell to other customers. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will disposal of the products safely.

Medicines can only be returned; if the pharmacy has made a mistake by sending the wrong medicine.

Refunds cannot be issued for medicines once sent out to customers and delivery confirmed.

Refunds cannot be issued on basis of customers failing to take delivery of their order at the given delivery address. Customers shall bear the cost of re-delivery postage charges in such instance.

Customers shall be liable for re-delivery post charges of orders returned due to failure on their part to received delivery at the given delivery address.

The responsibility lies with customers to ensure that they are present at the delivery address to receive their order. This is especially important in temperature sensitive medications.

Customers shall be liable for re-delivery postage charges should they provide the wrong delivery address, incomplete address or any form of error relating to the given delivery address provided.

Notice

If goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract:

You must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the contract. You can either send it back or return it to us in-store. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service by post.

Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If the goods cannot be returned by post, we estimate that if you use the carrier which delivered the goods to you, these costs should not exceed the sums we charged you for delivery. If we have offered to collect the Product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection from our usual carrier.

Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask your local pharmacist how to throw away medicines you no longer use.
